Is this compliant with GDPR and Italian bar association rules?
Yes. All processing runs on European servers (AWS eu-west-1 / Azure West Europe). No client data is used to train third-party models. The Wolf operates as a data processor under your firm's data controller responsibility, with a DPA included in your contract. We can provide documentation for your bar association on request.
Is our data safe? Where is it stored?
All data stays on European servers. We never send your case files or client data to American AI providers. Document processing uses isolated, per-client pipelines. Access is role-based and fully auditable.
How long does it take to set up?
From signed contract to live Wolf: 2 to 4 weeks depending on your current tech stack. The first week is analysis and integration mapping. Week two and three is building and testing. Week four is handoff and training.
Can I cancel if it doesn't work out?
Monthly subscription, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No lock-in contracts. If we don't deliver the agreed capabilities in the first 30 days, we refund the setup fee — no questions asked.
